Shipping update!

Hello!
Hope you all have been well! I have shipped out all the US/International orders and most of the Canadian orders. I know a lot of you in the states have already received your rewards (I hope you guys enjoyed the packages!).
All US/non-Canadian shipments include tracking, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to export them all at once. If you would like a tracking number, please send me a message here on Kickstarter and I will send you your tracking link (:
I'm currently waiting to fulfill the last 20 Canadian orders. I ran out of small boxes for Canadian orders with 7 or more pins, so I am currently waiting on my shipment of boxes to arrive. I'm sorry about the delay. These should get to you pretty quickly after I receive the shipping boxes.
As usual, thank you so so much for all of your patience with me. I never would never have imagined the amount of support you all have given me throughout this past year. I understand that this project took way longer than we'd all wanted because of unexpected delays and challenges in the production process, and I am forever grateful for your understandings. I learned a ton about pin manufacturing and fulfilling a huge amount of orders at once (the most orders I've ever had to fulfill!), and I'm taking from this experience to become a better pin maker in future projects.
Finally, please don't hesitate to send me a message for any questions that you may have! I will do my best to sort it out for you. I hope you all take care and keep an eye out for the pin packages ;)

Hello!
Hope you all are doing well! Taking a break from grading and packaging pins to let you guys know that I will be locking your addresses in 2 days in order to start packaging your orders. If you have moved addresses or want your rewards sent to a different address, you should have received an email from Backerkit to make any last changes. Please don't hesitate to send me a message on KS if you need help with anything!
If your address is up-to-date already, you don't have to do anything else (:

An update on shipping time

tl;dr all pins will be shipped to me next Tuesday, and I will be shipping them to you starting the Tuesday after. If you've moved or would like to have the pins shipped to a different address, send me a message and I can help you with changing your address.
Hello! I hope you are all doing well. So sorry about the lull in updates :( I'm graduating next term and I've just been swimming in several course projects which includes my graduation project DX. I want to update you guys on how the remake pins are coming along and when they will be shipped.
My manufacturer sent me a small batch of the remade pins a few weeks ago to make sure that they're good before making all of them. I'm happy with how the colours came out so I emailed them back quickly for them to proceed with the rest of the production. Here are the final pins:
I just got confirmation that they will be shipped to me next Tuesday (yay!), and should get to me within a few days. Hopefully, I will be done with my school projects then and I will be checking/packing/shipping them as quickly as I can. I've said this many times but I'm so grateful for you all for sticking with me as I navigate through my first time making so many enamel pins at once. I can't wait for you to receive these pins!

Hello! I just want to give a quick update that all the orders containing pins that didn't need to be remade (remakes: red sakura, ultimate madoka, sailor moon, amulet spade, clover, diamond) have been dropped off at the post office last week. I know that many of you in Canada and the US have already received your pins and goodies. I hope you guys enjoyed your package!! It was by far the most package I've mailed out ever, and that was with my partner's help and it's not even all the packages! It was all very exciting and humbling getting the pins that I'd worked on for so long to you guys. Here a peek at what the packing setup looked like.
(I got pink shipping mailers to match!)
(There's also matching pink boxes for pledges containing more goodies!)
Additionally, tracking is available for US and International backers, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a good way to send them to you all at once. If your pledge didn't contain any of the remakes, please don't hesitate to send me a message if you would like your tracking number!
My manufacturer is still working on the remakes. I'll update you guys on when they're closer to finishing.

Hello! Thanks for the wait guys! I just wanted to make a quick update to say that I had just received the first shipment of the pins (minus ones that need to be remade). I have started grading and packaging the pins for shipping, and are working hard to get them shipped. However, there's a production issue with the Usagi design. A large portion of the hair was underfilled, and I will be asking my manufacturer to remake those. I will be shipping what I can right now, and I will update you guys on a time estimate of when the remakes will be getting to me.
